Hannah Albers, Instructor

Hannah Albers started dancing at the young age of three, while training, performing and competing in various dance techniques. She’s recently a graduate from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a BFA in Dance and Business Management Minor. While at the U, she has worked with many notable choreographers both local and international, some of her favorite experiences being the Brian Brooks Moving Company of New York and also the Martha Graham Dance Company. Along with her performing and company work with WI-based company, Warped Dance Company, she has had the privilege of co-producing her own works, the most recent being Endpoint Undecided in April of 2017. Other notable credits Hannah has worked with include Shapiro & Smith Dance, Minneapolis band Cold Kingdom, Bodiography Contemporary Ballet of Pittsburgh, as well as other individual artists and choreographers. She has a plethora of teaching experience and has taught and choreographed for many years at her home studio in WI, returning to teach master classes when she can. Look for Hannah dancing with Minneapolis company COLLIDE Theatrical this upcoming season. When Hannah isn’t teaching or dancing, she is spending time with friends, exploring Minnesota and staying in touch with her family back home. Hannah is looking forward to meeting and working with the dancers at The Dance Factory!
