8-22-2022 Competition and Performing Line Updates!

Hello parents!

I hope you enjoyed the weekend! The staff and I are so excited to kick off the new year in a few short weeks.

Trainee program-last chance to become a DF trainee! Trainees must be in 10th-12th grade and on our Senior Troupe or Company teams. You will get a chance to work one on one with our younger students. Sign up HERE

Hip Hop Balanced Billing today-Just a reminder that the balanced billing for Hip Hop will come out today. Last chance to sign up!

Opt in/out of production-it's also the last week to opt in or out of production. Petite and Teen Troupe, and Company dancers are automatically registered for Production. Junior Team and Senior Troupe dancers need to OPT IN. Dancers 13 and older may op out (from any team)

Work out challenge - Summer is almost over!!! Submit those workout challenge videos or logs! Didn't take a video or log? Send us an email saying you completed the challenge and you will be put into the drawing on 9/1.

Flexability Class- don't throw away all of that hard work you did with the FlexAbility class all summer! This is a progressive class that moves kids up by levels as they complete exercises. Increase your flexibility and achieve those skills you have always wanted to do!

Ignite custom costumes - Ignite in Chanhassen makes beautiful custom costumes. They are available to make solo/duet/trio costumes this year. I am attaching their tiered pricing for you to take a look at. If you are interested in this option, talk to your dancer's solo teacher. They will help come up with a general idea, then meet with the staff at Ignite to design the costume.

Band accounts - will be set up this week. Look for an invite link!

Trainee Saturdays/Guest teachers-With limited studio space for solo/duets to be every week, I'll be bringing in our DF trainees on one Saturday per month, as well as a guest teacher on one Saturday per month for dancers to sign up for extra lessons. Stay tuned for dates!

Upcoming travel - We have LA and Disney 2023 coming up! More info to come soon!
