Hello staff!

It’s the FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES!!! So excited.

Student Folders-please pick up your folders for REC classes on the counter. Add your WELCOME LETTER before you hand out. This is for all recreational classes. Competition folders are on the opposite counter, they can pick theirs up on their own.

FRONT DESK - I have some of the yearly calendars in the folders (none for comp folders, and I did the Monday and Tuesday ones). Could you add the rest?Greeting students/parents - make sure you come outside your room to greet everyone at the start of class, and again at the end. Name tags/attendance binders - Name tags for your rec students are in your attendance binders. Attendance binders are behind the front desk. Make sure you take attendance every day! Add any student who is not on your roster, we have had a handful of students register since those were printed out.Enrollment goal - WOW!! We did it!! Hit our 375 enrollment goal. You all are CRUSHING it!! Way to be awesome. I would like to set aside a day at Just For Me Spa for everyone to get a spa treatment. How is November 12 for people? It’s far enough out where we could make appointments on the same day. Let me know if this isn’t good for you.Next goal - 400!Have an awesome first week!! Jennifer
